Refund Policy
All bookings are binding once confirmed.
1. Client-side cancellations:

If the Client cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, the fee will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled session at no extra cost.

If the Client cancels less than 24 hours before the session, or fails to attend (no-show), the fee is non-refundable.
2. Provider-side cancellations:

If the Provider cancels the session (excluding force majeure events), the Client may choose between a full refund or rescheduling the session.
3. Refund processing:

Refunds (or credits for rescheduling) will be issued within 7 calendar days of the decision.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise requested/specified.
