When people come to Mind Garden Studio in Zürich, they often tell me they feel a little stuck, overwhelmed or simply curious about finding a different way forward. The world moves quickly and sometimes the mind body and emotions ask for a slower more natural rhythm.
The work I do with Reiki, NLP and Hypnotherapy supports exactly that. These three methods meet you at different layers of yourself and help you reconnect with a sense of balance and direction.
I like to think of it as nurture an inner garden. Some parts need calm rain, some need sunlight and some need gentle cut, so new growth has room to come through. Each session is simply a moment to pause, breathe and return to yourself.

Reiki is a gentle energy based practice, that helps you settle release tension and restore balance. During a session you stay fully clothed and lie down comfortably, while I place my hands lightly on or above the body.
People often describe sensations like warmth tingling or a soft wave of calm moving through them. Others simply feel deeply relaxed. Reiki does not push or force anything. It creates space for your system to unwind and realign on its own.
For many it feels like a quiet moment of stillness they didn’t know they needed. A bit like soft rain soaking into the soil, after a long dry period.
NLP in simple words
NLP or Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a practical method, that helps you understand your habits patterns and the stories you repeat to yourself.
We all have mental paths we walk without noticing. Over time they can become so familiar that they turn into automatic reactions. NLP helps you gently shift these patterns and choose new ones that support you better.
It’s a conscious grounded process with no pressure and no complicated techniques. Just clear conversations and tools that help you recognise, what’s happening inside and create space for new ways of thinking and responding.
What Hypnotherapy is really like
Hypnotherapy works with the subconscious mind, the deeper layer that influences emotions habits and automatic responses.
Many people imagine hypnosis as losing control but it’s the opposite. You simply enter a relaxed focused state, similar to when you are absorbed in a book or a quiet moment. You are awake aware and can stop at any moment.
In this calm state your subconscious becomes more open to letting go of old patterns and welcoming new ones. People often tell me they feel lighter afterward as if something inside has quietly shifted.
