Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

1. Scope and Applicability

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern all online sessions and services offered by Reiki Flow Studio ("the Provider") in the areas of Reiki, Hypnotherapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

1.2 These services are provided online via platforms or in person.

1.3 By booking or attending a session, the client ("the Client") agrees to these T&C in full.

2. Nature of Services

2.1 All services provided are complementary and not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. They are intended to support well-being and personal development.

2.2 The Provider does not diagnose, treat, or offer cures for any physical or mental health conditions.

2.3 Clients are advised to consult licensed medical or psychological professionals for any such concerns.

2.4 The Provider holds certifications in Reiki, Hypnotherapy, and/or NLP, but these are not equivalent to medical licenses under Swiss law.

3. Booking, Fees & Payment

3.1 Sessions are available by prior appointment only.

3.2 Session fees are clearly stated on the Provider’s website or in email communication and are subject to change.

3.3 Payment must be made in advance, via accepted digital methods (TWINT) or on site after the session (TWINT, cash).

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

4.1 Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

4.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or no-shows, will be fully charged and are non-refundable.

4.3 In the event of technical issues on the Provider’s side, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.

4.4 The Client acknowledges that the Provider is not responsible for any injury, accident, or damage occurring during travel related to accessing the session or during the session (online and in person).

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their physical and mental condition.

5.2 Online sessions require a quiet, private environment with a stable internet connection. The Client is responsible for ensuring these conditions.

5.3 The Client agrees to participate in the session in a sober and alert state.

6. Liability Disclaimer

6.1 While sessions are conducted with care and professionalism, the Provider does not guarantee specific results.

6.2 The Client participates voluntarily and assumes full responsibility for their choices and experiences during and after the sessions.

6.3 The Provider disclaims any liability for indirect or consequential damages, except where such exclusion is prohibited by Swiss law, including in cases of gross negligence or unlawful intent.

6.4 The Provider’s liability is, in all cases, limited to the amount paid for the session.

6.5 The Provider is not responsible for technical failures beyond their control.

6.6 Neither party is liable for failure due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disaster, internet outage, war, or pandemic).

7. Data Protection

7.1 All client data is handled confidentially and in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

7.2 Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, unless required by law.

7.3 The Provider uses secure platforms and follows best practices to ensure data privacy during online sessions.

8. Insurance

8.1 The Provider maintains professional liability insurance as per Zurich Canton requirements.

9. Termination & Refund Policy

9.1 The Provider may refuse or terminate future sessions if the Client fails to comply with the T&C or disrupts the session.

9.2 Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Provider.

9.3 The Provider reserves the right to cancel or terminate a session at any time without providing a reason, especially if there is a concern for the Client's well-being, safety, or the ethical integrity of the session.

10. Vouchers & Packages

10.1 Any session packages or vouchers purchased must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase (6 months).

10.2 Packages and vouchers are personal and non-transferable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

11. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

11.1 These Terms and all matters arising from them are governed by the laws of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.

11.2 The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the City of Zurich, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.

12. Changes to the Terms

12.1 The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

12.2 The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available for review on the Provider's website. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
